SERVICES

Individual and Group Therapy
We provide individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who may benefit from support in learning, behaviour, communication, social-emotional development, and transitions across different stages of life, including school, higher education, employment, and independent living.
Each intervention programme is individually tailored to meet the person’s strengths, goals, and support needs. Where appropriate, individuals may also participate in small group sessions (2–3 participants) to further develop communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills within a supportive environment.
Pre-employment Skills Training Programme
Our Pre-Employment Skills Training Programme equips adolescents and adults with the practical skills, workplace readiness, and confidence needed to prepare for meaningful employment.
Through hands-on job simulations, real-world learning experiences, and personalised coaching, participants develop essential employability skills while gaining practical experience in a supportive environment.

Participants receive personalised coaching in workplace communication, social-emotional skills, résumé writing, interview preparation, understanding workplace culture and expectations, and strengthening executive functioning skills for greater workplace effectiveness. We also collaborate with inclusive employers to support successful job placements and foster sustainable employment outcomes.
Learning Consultation and Training
We partner with schools, organisations, and service providers to build inclusive learning and working environments for persons with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals.
Our consultation and training services help organisations strengthen their team’s knowledge and skills in inclusive practices, while providing guidance on developing effective support systems and programmes that promote meaningful participation, learning, and employment.

Psychological Assessment and Intervention
Our Clinical Psychologist has extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and specific learning disorders.
We also provide evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals experiencing mood-related concerns, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and anger, as well as support for relationship challenges, including interpersonal, romantic, family, and workplace relationships.
