Since 2020
Established in June 2020, Bridging Hope Transitional Learning Centre was founded to support persons with disabilities as they transition towards employment, independent living, and active participation in society. Our centre provides a safe and inclusive learning environment where individuals can develop practical life skills, vocational competencies, self-confidence, and self-advocacy skills. Supported by professionals and peers, learners are empowered to achieve greater independence, pursue meaningful opportunities, and contribute to their communities. We remain committed to fostering inclusion, dignity, sustainability, and community engagement.
